The Smart Pump Stations incorporate smart devices that can also be source of data for engineering design and analytics by different departments.
Devices that measure Power Quality, Vibration, and Water Quality are important sources for the required data. Also, devices that are already part of the site’s operations, such as VFD and Pump Controller, can be a great source of data. Currently, remote access to that data is limited or not available.
SCADA systems are designed for Real-Time data, and in most cases can’t facilitate the need for additional data from remote sites.
Star Controls offers a solution that enables Secured Remote Retrieval of Data from Remote Devices. The solution is not dependent on the existing SCADA. The retrieved data is arranged in a database (i.e. existing or new) and internal users can initiate inquiries with no limits.
The solution can be added with minimal changes to your remote site.
